Robert J. Neral was ordained by Vine Life Ministries in Lincoln, California, and has served as senior pastor of Wilderness Lakes Chapel in Menifee, California for over 28 years. He also spent more than 15 years with prison ministries and served 13 years with The Salvation Army.
His ministry, "Witness to the Truth," was formed to bring people to faith in the Word of God — knowing that if they develop faith in the Word, the Word will lead them to Jesus Christ.
